1. About EFFEI

EFFEI is an independent fashion brand focused on garments inspired by travel, textiles and cultures from around the world.

Throughout these Terms, “EFFEI”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to EFFEI. “You” refers to the person accessing our website or placing an order.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Some EFFEI products may be made using vintage, deadstock, handmade or naturally irregular fabrics. Small variations in color, texture, pattern or finish are therefore part of the character of these materials and should not necessarily be considered defects.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Prices and payments

All prices displayed on our website are in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order can be processed.

EFFEI reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order that you have already placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

The order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been shipped. Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and are subject to product availability.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will inform you and provide a refund for any amount already paid for the unavailable product.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method and availability of the products ordered.

EFFEI is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by shipping carriers, customs or other events beyond our control.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or similar charges for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to our Return Policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with any original tags and packaging.

7. Pre-order products

Some products may be available for pre-order.

For pre-order items, the estimated production and shipping timeframe will be indicated on the relevant product page.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that it may be shipped at a later date than items that are currently in stock.

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, product images, text, graphics, logos, designs, videos, trademarks and other materials, belongs to EFFEI or is used with the appropriate authorization.

This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.
